Anyways, that is why I have signed up for 31 days of freedom!  It is one month of all healthy food, sleep, health, and no drugs(not that I do that many drugs anymore) or alcohol.   I REALLY need it.  Frankly, I feel like a fat ass and in case you didn’t know, drugs/cigarettes/food/sleep deprivation is a privilege not a right!  It need to be earrrrned! 

So the next 31 days is all about LIFE and REST and the spirit!  OH yeah, and getting as tight as an Ethiopians skin in the mid 1980s.

So today is day 4.  The last two nights I have begun to sleep like a BABY!  I also am not smoking cigs and I think they rob my body of oxygen so I don’t sleep as well because once i quit smoking its all LIGHTS OUT…  I still feel obese..  But I am hitting the gym and I bought incredible food, all to prepare at home.  Brazil nuts, celery, brocolli, cauliflower, pork chops, roast chicken, and fish!  Im going to eat clean.  

This is all following a combined weekend diet of cheeseburgers and prescription pills..

So, day 4 feels good.  I am rested and fat.  I will continue to record my feelings.

Finally, I have two buddies on the 31 Days to Life campaign with me and that is very motivating.  WOOT WOOT>
